Athletic Recreation Mission Statement
The Suffolk University Department of Athletics  serves the academic, intercollegiate, and recreational needs of the Suffolk University community by providing a variety of educational, social, recreational, and athletic programs. The department strives to offer a total educational experience with quality opportunities that inspire, educate, motivate, and empower individuals to be positive contributors to Suffolk University and the greater global community.

Intramural Sports
Intramural Sports supports the mission of Suffolk University by providing structured activites to enhance the quality of life for students. The intramural program gives students the opportunity to be competitive and have fun without the demands of being involved in a varsity sport.

Sports offered will vary each semester, but popular sports include basketball and flag football.
