Kevin Blake is in his fifth season as an assistant coach at Suffolk University.

Blake is a 2009 graduate of Suffolk University. He earned his bachelors degree in marketing.

Kevin played his college basketball for Head Coach Adam Nelson at Suffolk from 2005-2009. While at Suffolk he made the GNAC Sportsmanship Team, won the Suffolk Coaches Award, and earned the 2009 Charles Melanson Unsung Hero Award. Off the court Blake was a Trustee Ambassador for Suffolk and worked in the Undergraduate Admission office for three years.

The Suffolk assistant coach has his hand in every phase of the program. He plays a big role in recruiting, handles film exchange, assists with scouting as well as game and practice preparation.

Finally, he helps with academic advisement for men’s basketball student athletes.

Blake is originally from Milford CT. He has recently been the Camp Director of the Fundamental Basketball School. During his high school basketball career he lead his team to the state tournament his senior year. He also earned academic all state honors his senior year.
