Over the weekend, the Suffolk women’s golf team took the course at The Orchards Golf Club for the 41st Mt. Holyoke Invitational and two head-to-head matches with Westfield State. The Rams finished 14th at the invite and took down the Owls on Saturday and Sunday by scores of 399-457 and 370-425, respectively.

Multiple firsts were checked off for Suffolk women’s golf Sunday afternoon. In the Rams’ first competition of 2017, their first-ever home match, the blue-and-gold collected the program’s first win, defeating Rhode Island College, 354-371, at Brookmeadow Country Club.
