    With playoff position still up for grabs, Suffolk heads to West Hartford, Connecticut, Saturday, Oct. 28 to wrap up GNAC regular season play at Saint Joseph (Conn.). The league tri-match also features Simmons, who the Rams will take on first at 1 p.m., before closing the regular season campaign versus the Blue Jays at 3 p.m.

    Playing in its second straight five-set match in as many outings, Suffolk volleyball came out on the wrong side as UMass Dartmouth took down the Rams, 3-2, Thursday night inside Regan Gymnasium. The non-conference decision came by set scores, 17-25, 26-24, 25-23, 26-28 and 15-8.

    Meg Kerek notched career bests Saturday afternoon, but the rookie’s career day would not be enough as Suffolk volleyball dropped a straight set decision to Framingham State at Saint Joseph’s (Maine)’s Harold Alfond Center. The non-conference setback came by set scores 25-6, 25-20 and 25-5.

    The Suffolk volleyball team hits the road Saturday, Oct. 21 for a tri-match at St. Joseph’s (Maine) featuring the Framingham State Rams. The blue-and-gold Rams will first take the court at the Harold Alfond Center at 1 p.m. versus the Monks, before squaring off in a rematch with the FSU Rams at 3 p.m.
