BOSTON – After a fifthplace finish at the GNAC Championship, the Suffolk men's golf team takes the course of Captains Golf Course in Brewster, Massachusetts this weekend for the 85th NEIGA Championships. Tee time for day one of the twoday competition, which wraps up the Rams' 2019 fall calendar, is set for 9:00 a.m.

BENCH PRESS FOR BREAST CANCER
Members of Ram Nation are asked to pull their weight in an effort to take the load off of those affected by breast cancer in Suffolk Athletics' Bench Press for Breast Cancer event Tuesday, Oct. 29 from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

ABOUT THE NEIGA
The New England Intercollegiate Golf Association (NEIGA) is a non-profit organization, which was first organized in 1934 at the Oakley Country Club in Watertown, Massachusetts. NEIGA is believed to be the largest gathering of collective players from all levels of NCAA competing at the same location on a 36-hole layout. There are currently 46 New England colleges and universities as members of the NEIGA.
Two championship golf courses at one location line in the Captains Golf Course. Together, the par-72 Port Course and the par-72 Starboard Course deliver 36 holes.
The Suffolk men's golf team capped off one of the most impressive seasons in program history at the 84th New England Intercollegiate Golf Association (NEIGA) Championships where the Rams placed 18th in the field of 23 teams at the Captains Golf Course.
