2024-25 SUFFOLK MEN'S HOCKEY SCHEDULE
BOSTON – Suffolk men's hockey is ready for its 2024-25 slate as head coach Shawn McEachern has unveiled the squad's 25-game regular-season slate Thursday afternoon.
The Rams will skate in 14 games at Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink and jet set to the Tampa College Hockey Invitational.
Puck drop is 58 days away from the season debut, a Saturday, Nov. 2 showdown at Salem State.
There is little time to prep for the competitive Conference of New England (CNE) schedule as a home-and-home series with Wentworth is on the calendar the following weekend, Nov. 8-9.
Worcester State stops by Eastie for a non-conference midweek match Wednesday, Nov. 13 that precedes CNE home-and-home series with Nichols (Nov. 15-16) and the University of New England (Nov. 22-23).
Prior to Thanksgiving, Suffolk welcomes Colby to Title Town, Tuesday, Nov. 26 with a Sunday, Dec. 1 against Wesleyan comes after the holiday.
It's right back to CNE action Dec. 6-7 to wrap up play before finals with the newest league member Johnson & Wales.
To open the New Year Suffolk travels to the Sunshine State for the Tampa College Hockey Invitational. A first of its kind, the tournament features Albertus Magnus, Tufts and the Milwaukee School of Engineering. The Rams will face the Falcons in the first game Friday, Jan. 3 at 4:30 p.m. at the AdventHealth Center Ice in Wesley Chapel, Florida.
Ten days after the blue-and-gold returns to New England, it'll host Framingham State Tuesday, Jan. 14 with a trip up to the University of New England scheduled for Friday, Jan. 17.
Home-and-home series with Endicott (Jan. 24-25), Curry (Jan. 31-Feb. 1) and Western New England (Feb. 7-8) make up the next three weeks.
Suffolk spends Feb. 14-15 at home as Wentworth and Western New England pay East Boston a visit.
The regular season wraps up at Nichols Friday, Feb. 21 at Nichols.
Suffolk is geared up for its third season under McEachern's guidance. The Rams look to build on a 5-18-2 overall mark and 4-13-1 league ledger and will rely on key returners Ryan Webb and Thomas Dempsey to lead the way.
