Made his collegiate debut in the 200 M Dash at the 2018 UMass Boston Winter Open (Dec. 1) ... Competed in the 60 M Dash and 60 M Hurdles at the RIC Invitational (Dec. 8) ... Ran the 50 M hurldes at Tufts' Branwen Smith-King Invitational (Jan. 26) ... Finished fifth in the 60 M hurdles behind a time of 10.22 at Plymouth State's Panther Invitational (Feb. 2) ... On Sunday, the Suffolk indoor track & field teams took its talents across town to Harvard University for the 2019 USATF New England Indoor Championships. At the event Mariama Kamara and Emily Manfra each punched their ticket to the 2019 NCAA Division III New England Indoor Regional Championships.
The Suffolk men’s indoor track & field team has nine Rams compete across 11 events to take a third-place showing at the Thomas Small School Open Saturday at Colby College.
Over the weekend the Suffolk indoor track & field teams participated at Tufts’ Branwen Smith-King Invitational at the Gantcher Field House. The 12 Ram men combined for a 19th-place performance, while the women’s squad competed individually.
To wrap up first semester action, the Suffolk men’s and women’s indoor track & field teams competed at the RIC Invitational at the Providence Career & Technical Academy Saturday, Dec. 8.
