Made his indoor debut with a 15th-place showing in the 3000 M run where he crossed the finish line in 9:27.44 to finish in the middle of the 29-runner field at the 2018 UMass Boston Winter Open (Dec. 1) ... Took fourth of 17 competitors in the mile at the RIC Invitational, where he clocked a time of 4:42.93 (Dec. 8) ... Placed 33rd out of 59 in the 3000 M run with a time of 9:24.74 at Tufts' Branwen Smith-King Invitational (Jan. 26) ... Finished the mile in 4:42.04 to take ninth in the field of 34 at Plymouth State's Panther Invitational (Feb. 2) ... Took part in the mile (4:39.48) at the USATF New England Championships (Feb. 17).

On Sunday, the Suffolk indoor track & field teams took its talents across town to Harvard University for the 2019 USATF New England Indoor Championships. At the event Mariama Kamara and Emily Manfra each punched their ticket to the 2019 NCAA Division III New England Indoor Regional Championships.
The Suffolk’s men’s and women’s indoor track & field teams competed at the Panther Invitational hosted by Plymouth State Saturday afternoon. As a team the men finished eighth, while the women took 11th.
Over the weekend the Suffolk indoor track & field teams participated at Tufts’ Branwen Smith-King Invitational at the Gantcher Field House. The 12 Ram men combined for a 19th-place performance, while the women’s squad competed individually.
To wrap up first semester action, the Suffolk men’s and women’s indoor track & field teams competed at the RIC Invitational at the Providence Career & Technical Academy Saturday, Dec. 8.
