MEDFORD, Mass. – Suffolk men's indoor track & field wrapped up its three-event weekend with sprinters and a pair of fielders at Tufts Cupid Challenge Saturday at the Gantcher Field House.
RAMS RECORD
- Connor Johnson was the lone Ram to log a career-high Saturday as he sprinted to a personal-best in the 60 with a time of 7.46.
RAMS RUNNERS
- Michael Nossek took 30th in the 60 open behind a time of 7.28.
- Johnson's PR of 7.46 was good for 28th in the 60 Open. He was joined by Charlie Billard (7.61), Nolan Winslow (7.70), Tighe Hosman (7.85), Cormac O'Brien 7.96), Marco Gomez (8.03) and William Van Dyke(8.44) in the event.
- Hosman hurdled to 16th in the 60 hurdles with a performance of 8.84.
- Winslow logged a 25.12 in the 200 and O'Brien made the half lap in 27.07.
- Johnson took 21st in the 400 as he made a lap around the track in 54.34. Gomez secured 32nd with a time of 56.65 and O'Brien's time was just over one minute at 1:01.07, good for 40th.
FIELDERS FACTS
- Connor Brown heaved the shot put 10.07 meters, while George Mirogiannis had a 9.42-meter toss to his credit.
