After coming away with the inaugural Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship trophy at Saturday’s meet at the Brigham Athletic Complex on the campus of Gordon College, Suffolk men's outdoor track & field saw two Rams land weekly awards, the league office unveiled Monday. Matyas Csiki-Fejer was deemed track athlete of the week for the fourth time this season, while Brady Sorensen’s name was called for the first time this year as the track rookie of the week.
Suffolk made history on Saturday (April 30), winning the inaugural Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Men’s Track and Field Championship with a team score of 162. The Rams topped the five-team field, outscoring its closest opponent by nearly 40 points.
