EVENT SCHEDULE

  • 9:00 AM - Course Opens
  • 10:35 AM - National Anthem
  • 11:00 AM - Men's 8k
  • 12:30 PM - Women's 6k
  • 1:45 PM - Awards Ceremony 

COURSE MAPS

RESULTS & HISTORY

  • 2021 will be the first year that the NCAA Division III East Regional will be hosted after the July 2021 decision by the NCAA DIII Men's and Women's Track & Field and Cross Country Committee, as well as the Division III Championships Committee, approved a 10-region realignment model for cross country, which will effective on Sept. 1, 2021

ENTRY PROCEDURE

  • All entries will be made via Direct Athletics
  • Entries will close at 5:00 p.m. EST Sunday, Nov. 7
  • Entries received after the deadline and up until 5:00 p.m. EST Tuesday, Nov. 9 will be considered late entries and must be approved by the Track and Field and Cross Country Committee
  • A late fine will be assessed $400 per team/gender
  • No entries will be received after this deadline -- Tuesday, Nov. 9 at 5:00 p.m. EST
  • Preliminary entry list will be posted Wednesday, Nov. 10 at 12:00 p.m. EST

ENTRY LIST

PACKET PICKUP

  • Packets will be available to be picked up Friday, Nov. 12 from 1:30-5 p.m.
  • There will be a table set up adjacent to the starting line

LIVE COVERAGE

PHOTOGRAPHY

  • Photographers will be on site and will provide coverage for all competing institutions
  • Pictures will be digitally sent to all athletic communication contacts from every school

RESULTS

  • Millennium Timing will provide lives results & splits online
  • Official results will be printed and available at the timing trailer following the completing of each event

ATHLETIC TRAINER

  • Suffolk University will provide trainers
  • They will be located in the medical tent adjacent to the finish line
  • Please bring your own supplies

SHOWER

  • There are no shower facilities available

PARKING

  • Limited parking for team vans will be available at the course/start finish lines in the Playstead Field Lot
  • Team traveling by bus will be required to drop off and relocate their bus to the lot off Circuit Drive and Glen Lane 
  • No buses will be allowed on Pierpont Road
  • Spectators are to park along Circuit Drive
  • We ask that spectators cooperate with the Park Rangers giving directions and that spectators do not park in spaces dedicated to the golf club or the Franklin Park Zoo
  • Please park legally in an effort to avoid being towed or ticketed
