For the first time in Suffolk University and program history, the Rams will host a NCAA post-season event as the Suffolk men’s and women’s cross country program will serve as host for the NCAA Division III East Regional Cross Country Championships this Saturday, Nov. 13 at Franklin Park in Boston.
Against one of the most talent fields in the event’s history, Suffolk men’s cross country turned in a sixth-place performance at its own meet, the Suffolk Invite, Saturday afternoon at Franklin Park.
For the third consecutive time, Suffolk men’s cross country captured the Battle for Boston Commons, a head-to-head dual with Emerson, 15-47, Saturday afternoon at Franklin Park.
Suffolk men’s cross country will once again be led by the threesome of Matyas Csiki-Fejer, Nic Malmand Hunter Toyoda, head coach Will Feldman announced Wednesday afternoon. The trio was the first set of captains under Feldman’s guidance in 2019 and will lead the blue-and-gold into a new era, competing in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) in the same role.
