Karen McKetchnie served as head coach of the men's and women's cross country teams for five seasons from 2009 through 2014. 

Prior to taking over the reigns of the cross country program, McKetchnie served as the assistant coach for the team for over a decade.

McKetchnie is an alumnus of Suffolk University as well as Suffolk's cross country team. In addition, she serves the students of Suffolk University as the Managing Coordinator for Suffolk's Learning Center & Academic Success.
