BOSTON – The Suffolk women's hockey team has a home rink. The Rams' newest team will play at the Louis E. Porazzo Memorial Skating Rink in East Boston.
After opening the season on the road at Nichols Friday, Oct. 26, Suffolk will play in front of Ram Nation for the first time the following day, Saturday, Oct. 27 as it wraps up the home-and-home series with the Bison.
The Saturday showdown will be one of 12 home tilts for the blue-and-gold in its inaugural season.
The Porrazzo Skating Rink is a Commonwealth of Massachusetts public ice skating facility, overseen by the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR). FMC Ice Sports has been operating the arena for DCR since 2005.
