BEVERLY, Mass. – Suffolk women's lacrosse attacker Bridget O'Leary was named Conference of New England (CNE) Offensive Player of the Week following a 3-0 stretch for the Rams.
O'Leary paced the Rams' offense as the team outscored its opponents, 61-21, and broke the program's single-game scoring record twice during the week.
The junior opened the week with a career-best six-goal performance in a 16-6 victory over Curry in Suffolk's CNE opener on Tuesday, adding four ground balls and three draw controls.
The Groton, Connecticut local followed with another six-goal outing in Thursday's 22-11 win against Fitchburg State. She dished out a career-high four assists for a collegiate-best 10-point effort to become the second player in program history to reach double-digit points in a single game, the first since Ally Colburn recorded 10 goals against Gordon on April 12, 2025. She also contributed four ground balls and two draw controls to the decisive triumph.
The midfielder capped the week with a four-point (3g, 1a) performance in Suffolk's 23-4 victory at Gordon on Saturday, a game that marked the second time in the week the Rams set a new program scoring record.
O'Leary is the second Ram to earn a weekly conference honor this season, following Charlotte Guziejka's defensive player of the week selection on March 2, 2026. She also becomes the program's first offensive player of the week honoree since Colburn earned the distinction on March 24, 2025.
Suffolk returns to action Wednesday when it hosts Endicott at James A. Sartori Stadium at East Boston Memorial Park at 7:00 p.m.
