BOSTON – The Suffolk women's tennis team remains on the road Monday, Sept. 10 for a non-conference clash at Roger Williams. The match is set to begin at 4 p.m. in Bristol, Rhode Island.

LAST TIME OUT
The Suffolk women's tennis team came out on the wrong side of a 9-0 decision as the Rams were swept by Colby Sawyer, 9-0, in their GNAC opener Saturday afternoon at Kelsey Court.

RAMS RUNDOWN
Suffolk slipped to 1-2 on the season after sandwiching two setbacks around an 8-1 victory over Wentworth in its opening week of 2018.

Rookie Ilda Ascic has made her name known over her first three collegiate matches. The freshman boasts the best singles record at 2-1 exclusively in the second spot. She has also teamed up with senior Delaney Dunlap to become the most successful doubles pair with the duo holding a 2-1 mark on court one.

HAWKS HIGHLIGHTS
Roger Williams heads into Monday's match 1-1 on the season after downing Simmons, 8-1, and falling to Bentley, 4-3. 

The Hawks' ace Heidi Martin's individual singles mark mirrors the team's overall ledger, while Roger Williams top tandem assembled of Martin and Jessica Magliato also sit 1-1 on the season.

INSIDE THE SERIES
The Suffolk, Roger Williams series is fairly new, dating back to 2014. The Rams have yet to take down the Hawks, trailing the all-time series, 0-4.
