RAMS RUNDOWN
- Suffolk sits 0-2 on the year with losses to UMass Boston (7-0) and Simmons (6-1).
- Elizabeth Lassner is responsible for the Rams lone point on the year with a fourth court singles 6-2, 6-4 victory against the Sharks' Grace Burke.
- Thu Nguyen (0-2) has played as the blue-and-gold's ace through the first two matches.
- Nia Bebb is a main ingredient on Suffolk's top tandem. She has partnered with Nguyen (0-1) and Elene Nishnianidze (0-1).
ANCHORWOMEN ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
- Rhode Island College holds a 1-0 record after it took down Suffolk's Conference of New England (CNE) foe Hartford, 6-1, Saturday, Sept. 6.
- All three of the Anchorwomen doubles teams record victories over the Hawks' partnerships. The duo of Erica Botelho and Emilia Houwers teamed up as RIC's No. 1 doubles pair.
- RIC won all, but one singles match in its season debut.
- Arianna De Thomas played as the Anchorwomen's top singles racket, while Botelho slid into the second singles spot.
INSIDE THE SERIES
- Since 2001, Suffolk sits 4-14 against Rhode Island College.
- The blue-and-gold has lost 10 in a row against RIC.
- Suffolk's last win over the Anchorwomen came in 5-4 fashion Sept. 27, 2012 at Belmont Hill.
