BOSTON – Suffolk women's tennis will play on its home court, Belmont Hill, for the first time in 2025 when Gordon stops by for a 6:30 p.m. Conference of New England clash.

Suffolk women's tennis wrapped up its season-opening five-match road trip with a 6-1 Conference of New England (CNE) setback to Nichols at the Robinson Tennis Courts.

• Suffolk is 0-5 on the year and 0-2 in CNE contests. 
• Suffolk's singles top ladder has not changed in Thu Nguyen (No. 1), Nia Bebb (No. 2) and Brianna Nelson(No. 3).
• Elizabeth Lassner is the only racquet with a win this season as the freshman locked up a victory at fourth singles at Simmons Sept. 10.

• Wednesday's midweek action will serve as Suffolk's home debut. 
• Suffolk is 8-9 since 2007 in its first home match of the season. 
• The Rams look to open their home schedule in the win column for the first time since Sept. 27, 2023 when it took down Curry, 5-4.
• Since 2007, Suffolk's home opener has been against a conference counterpart seven times. The Rams are 5-2 in home openers when taking on a league foe.
