BOSTON – Suffolk women's tennis wraps up its first month of competition Tuesday, Sept. 30 when it travels to the University of New England for a Conference of New England (CNE) tilt at 3 p.m.

Suffolk women's tennis saw its first home match of the season spoiled by Conference of New England (CNE) counterpart Gordon as the Fighting Scots blanked the Rams, 7-0, Wednesday night at Belmont Hill.

RAMS RUNDOWN
- Suffolk sits 0-6 on the season and 0-3 in CNE contests.
- The Rams singles top tier of the ladder has been consistent all season in Thu Nguyen, Nia Bebb, Brianna Nelson and Elizabeth Lassner playing in spots one through four.
- Lassner is the only blue-and-gold racquet to produce a point this season as the freshman secured a singles win at Simmons Sept. 10.
- Four different partnerships have combined as Suffolk's top tandem this year in Bebb and Nguyen (0-2), Bebb and Elene Nishnianidze (0-2), Lassner and Nguyen (0-1) and Nguyen and Molly Whitfield (0-1).
NOR'EASTER NOTES
- UNE brings a 6-1 overall ledger and 2-1 CNE mark into Tuesday's action.
- The Nor'Easters have won their last three matches including a 7-0 sweep of Hartford this past Saturday.
- Madeline Frank and Nora Hill have played every outing at first and second singles, respectively and hold identical 4-3 records. That duo has partnered as the No. 1 doubles team and sports a 4-3 record in doubles as well.
- Alyssa Fritschka holds the best singles mark at 5-2 split between spots four (3-2) and five (2-0).
