Put together hser second straight sub-5:00.00 mile at Boston Unviersity's David Hemery Valentine Invite, finishing 45th of 197 with a time of 4:56.98 (Feb. 8) ... A first was made Saturday afternoon in Suffolk Athletics history as Emily Manfra of the Rams’ indoor women’s track & field team ran her way to All-American status at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships at the Reggie Lewis Center.
In just its second varsity season, the Suffolk women’s indoor track & field team will be represented at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field National Championships this weekend as juniors Emily Manfra and Emma Weisse were announced in the field late Sunday night.
