INSIDE THE SERIES
Suffolk trimmed Mt. Ida's all-time series lead to 11-8 in the first meeting between the conference foes earlier this season.
With one game remaining on the conference slate, Suffolk sits in sixth place in the league standings with an 8-7 record.
- If Suffolk wins and Saint Joseph's (Maine) wins, the Rams will head to Standish, Maine, for the quarterfinals as the sixth and third seed, respectively.
- If Suffolk wins and Saint Joseph's (Maine) loses and Lasell defeats Rivier, the Rams will visit the Lasers for the quarterfinals.
- If Suffolk loses and Norwich wins the Rams win the head-to-head with the Cadets to take sixth, which will send the third seed, which depends on the outcome of the Lasell/Rivier matchup.
Suffolk awaits the seeding of the 2018 GNAC Men's Basketball postseason tournament.
