    Suffolk men’s hockey skated with nationally ranked Hobart for the majority of the outing, but the No. 6 Statemen’s third-period scoring frenzy proved to be the difference in a 7-4 New England Hockey Conference decision Saturday night.

    Coming off its 3-2 season opening win at Franklin Pierce, Suffolk men’s hockey turns its attention right to New England Hockey Conference action as the Rams venture to upstate New York for a pair of conference clashes at Skidmore and No. 6 Hobart. The weekend opens against the Thoroughbreds Friday, Nov. 8 at 7 p.m., before the blue-and-gold battle the Statesmen Saturday, Nov. 9 at 4 p.m.

  • Men’s Hockey Alum Giuliotti Coaches California Condors Special Needs Hockey Team

    It has been over three decades since J.P. Giuliotti has laced up his skates for the Rams. Since his blue-and-gold days the tri-captain of the 1988-89 Suffolk men’s hockey team traded his stick for a whistle coaching at a variety of levels of youth hockey and skating clinics. It wasn’t until 2012 when he found his true passion, the California Condors Special Needs Hockey Team.
