Sarah Roberts, a four-year letterwinner on Suffolk's women's cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field teams and captained the squads as a senior in 2023-24, returned to the Rams ranks as an assistant coach in 2024.

In her first season on staff, Roberts helped Suffolk's women continue their conference dominance as they fourpeated as league champions with the Conference of New England (CNE) title. The men secured second at the conference championship for the fourth straight season as well. Those team performancers were thanks to nine finishes in teh top-15 as five men and four women raced to all-league accolades. On the regional level, the blue-and-gold's women put together a progrma-best fifth-place showing and the men secured eighth. Three women and two men captured all-region honors. 

Academically, both squads picked up USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors and five Rams were recognized for their combined academic excellence from the national organization. 

Roberts helped Suffolk's women's cross country team threepeat as CCC Champions from 2021-23 as she collected a pair of all-conference distinctions herself in 2022 and 2023, repsectively. Indoors, the long distance runner helped the Rams capture the 2021 GNAC Championship and hoist the Frozen 8 trophy a year later. Outdoors she was a crucial compontent to back-to-back runner-up finishes for the blue-and-gold at CCCs. 

Roberts earned her Bachelors of Arts in 2024 in print & web journalism.
