Suffolk women’s soccer wrapped up the regular-season in winning fashion and it showed with a sweep of the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) weekly accolades. Freshman Jazmya Harris earned both offensive player and rookie of the week, while Allison Rodrigues repeated as defensive player of the week, the conference office unveiled Monday afternoon. The accolades for both come after their heroics in the 2-1 regular-season overtime finale at Roger Williams Tuesday, Oct. 26.

Suffolk women’s soccer potted three goals in each half, with Aislinn Servaes responsible for a natural hat trick in the first frame, to take down Eastern Nazarene, 6-0, Tuesday night at Veterans Memorial Stadium.
Lily Christian made the most of her collegiate debut as she poured in the game-winner with just 1:38 left in push Suffolk women’s soccer to a 1-0 victory against Elms in the Rams’ 2021 season opener Wednesday afternoon at James A. Sartori Stadium at East Boston Memorial Park.
Over the longer than usual off season, head coach Ashley Van Vechten brought in 13 Ram rookies to add depth to the Suffolk women’s soccer roster for the 2021 campaign.
