Caitlyn Filloramo of the Suffolk women’s outdoor track & field team garnered recognition from the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) as the Rams’ rookie took home both CCC Field Athlete and Rookie of the Year behind a standout freshman campaign, the league office announced Monday afternoon.
Suffolk women's outdoor track & field finished third at the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championships Saturday at the Brigham Athletic Complex. The Rams finished with 113 team points, 3.5 points behind runner-up Endicott and 13.5 away from champion Gordon.
Suffolk outdoor track & field has a full weekend of action ahead with three events over two days. The Rams will send student-athletes to the Regis Spring Invite Friday, April 8 with the Gordon Invitational on tap for Saturday, April 9. The Duke Invitational is also on the weekend slate Friday, April 8.
