The fourth-seeded Suffolk volleyball team will host the Commonwealth Coast Conference Quarterfinals for the first time in program history tonight, Tuesday, Nov. 1 when the Rams welcome fifth-seeded Salve Regina to Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court for a 7 p.m. first serve.
For the third time this season, Grace Cervenka of the Suffolk volleyball team picked up Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week after a 1.83 kps, and 0.67 bps in a 2-0 week for the Rams the league office announced Monday afternoon.
Suffolk volleyball concludes its regular-season Saturday, Oct. 29 when Nichols stops by Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court for a Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) clash. Prior to the 11 a.m. serve, the Rams will recognize its senior captains Kenzley Bell and Harmony Johnson.

Suffolk volleyball captured its first Commonwealth Coast Conference victory of the season as the Rams took down the Golden Bears of Western New England, 3-1, Wednesday night at Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court. The triumph came via set scores 25-21, 25-20, 22-25 and 25-16.
In the midst of its homestand, Suffolk volleyball returns to Commonwealth Coast Conference competition Wednesday, Sept. 27 when Western New England stops by Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court. First served between the Rams and Golden Bears is scheduled for 7 p.m.

Suffolk volleyball capped off its first home tri-match of the season with a straight-set win over its Beantown rival UMass Boston. The Rams defeated the Beacons 25-18, 25-18 and 25-20.
Suffolk opens a seven-match homestay Thursday, Sept. 22 when it entertains Framingham State in a non-conference affair at Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court at 7 p.m.

Grace Cervenka of the Suffolk volleyball team garnered CCC Rookie of the Week after helping the Rams to a 4-0 showing over Sept. 12-18, the league office announced Monday. Cervenka was a key contributor with 2.23 kills per set on a .460 swinging clip to go along with and 0.77 blocks per set.
Suffolk volleyball looks to keep its winning ways going as it heads to Gorham, Maine, Saturday, Sept. 17 for a tri-match at Southern Maine with Castleton. The Rams will battle the Spartans at 2 p.m., before taking on the host Huskies at 4 p.m.

Suffolk women’s volleyball takes its talents to New London, Connecticut, Saturday, Sept. 10 for a tri-match at Mitchell featuring SUNY Cobleskill. The Rams will first battle the Fighting Tigers at 2 p.m. before taking on the host Mariners at 4 p.m.

Weekly recognition came in for Suffolk volleyball’s McKenna Keowen and Jess Weber for their effort at the ENC Invitational. Keowen was named CCC Player of the Week, while Weber took home CCC Rookie of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday afternoon.

Suffolk volleyball has added depth to its line-up for 2022 as head coach Scott Blanchard recruited a four-member class that features a trio of true freshmen in Aislinn Campbell, Grace Cervenka and Chloe Clemente and sophomore Jess Weber.
