BOSTON – Suffolk women's lacrosse looks to bounce back Tuesday, March 31 when it travels to the University of New England for a 4:00 p.m. Conference of New England (CNE) matchup.

Suffolk women's lacrosse was bested by Conference of New England (CNE) foe Johnson & Wales, 20-9, on Saturday afternoon at James A. Sartori Stadium at East Boston Memorial Park. The Wildcats used a 10-2 second half surge to pull away with the conference contest.

RAMS RUNDOWN

  • Suffolk enters Tuesday at 5-5 overall and 2-2 in league play.
  • Julia Dickinson continues to pace the offense with a team-best 40 points on 32 goals and eight assists.
  • Bridget O'Leary adds 33 points (23g, 10a), while leading the team with 29 ground balls and contributing 23 draw controls and 14 caused turnovers.
  • Carley Ehwa has totaled 32 points (24g, 8a) and leads the team with 60 shots.
  • Zoe Peckham chips in 28 points (21g, 7a) and 17 ground balls.
  • Jessie Le provides a strong playmaking presence with 19 points (9g, 10a), and Lauren Woods adds 16 points (10g, 6a).
  • Penelope Lawlor anchors the draw unit with a team-high 48 draw controls to go along with 16 ground balls.
  • Kate Carlson has been a force in the midfield with 28 draw controls, 20 ground balls, and 11 caused turnovers.
  • Taylor Joynt and Gracelyn Laperle lead the back line with 13 and 12 caused turnovers, respectively, with Laperle adding 19 ground balls.
  • In goal, Charlotte Guziejka has started all 10 games, recording 70 saves with a 10.10 goals-against average and a .409 save percentage.

NOR'EASTERS NOTES

  • UNE enters Tuesday at 4-4 overall and 2-1 in CNE play following a 6-5 defensive battle win over Western New England.
  • Molly Henderson leads the offense with 23 points (10g, 13a) and 17 turnovers forced on the defensive end.
  • Sydney Balotin is the top goal scorer with 14 goals and adds 32 draw controls, 20 ground balls, and 11 caused turnovers.
  • Ella Cloutier (11g, 2a) and Chloe Ryan (9g, 4a) provide additional scoring punch.
  • Defensively, Halle Powers and Sydney Balotin each have 11 caused turnovers, and Julia Baldwin leads the team with 19 ground balls.
  • Olivia Ferraro has played every minute in goal, totaling 86 saves with a strong .524 save percentage and a 9.75 goals-against average.
