Seven Athletes Named to GNAC Weekly Honor Roll

Women's Soccer goalkeeper junior Emily Joyce (Easton, MA) posted her second career shutout in a 3-0 victory over Daniel Webster on Wednesday. Joyce also did not allow in goal in regulation in Suffolk's 1-0 overtime loss to Lasell College on Saturday. The overtime goal snapped a Joyce's scoreless streak of 245 minutes dating back to Suffolk's season opener. Sophomore Leslie Hayden (Ross, CA) recorded her third career hat trick in Wednesday 3-0 victory over Daniel Webster College. Hayden scored all three of the Rams goal to bring her team leading season total to 5.

For Men's Soccer, freshman Ben Rollins (Lee, NH) scored the game-winning goal in Tuesday's 3-2 victory over Umass-Boston. Rollins lead the Rams with 2 goals and 3 shots on goals, and just barely missed recording a hat trick as he had a shot hit the crossbar in the first half. Sophomore Danny Lloyd (Tegucigalpa, Honduras) had a goal and an assist in the Rams' 3-2 victory over Umass-Boston on Tuesday. Lloyd scored Rams' first goal and assisted on the game-winner.

Men's Cross-Country freshman John Blazo (Pembroke, MA) was the Rams best runner finishing 23rd at the Travis Fuller Invitational over the weekend with a time of 32:19. Freshman Emily Farr (Ithaca, NY) was the Rams' top finisher on the women's side at the Travis Fuller Invitational finishing 25th among all runners with a time of 23:10.

Volleyball senior Kelsey Armstrong-Hann (Corvallis, OR)  posted 9 services aces in Suffolk's 3-0 victory over Mass. Maritime Academy.
