The Suffolk University Women's Basketball team were selected to the 2013 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) New England Division-III Tournament.
The Rams will enter the eight team single elimination tournament as the number two seed with a 21-7 record.
Suffolk will play host to the Endicott College Gulls on Wednesday, February 27 at 7:00pm at the Regan Gymnasium.
The Gulls will enter the team as the seventh seed as they maintain a 16-11 overall record.
Wednesday's meeting will be the second meeting between the two teams this season. Endicott defeated Suffolk, 58-54 on December 8. Since their last meeting the Rams went 14-4 advancing to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) finals. Endicott dropped a 69-48 decision in their Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) semifinals.
Both teams are familiar with the tournament as Suffolk will be making their seventh consecutive trip to the ECAC Tournament, while Endicott has appeared in the last nine.
Castleton State will enter the tournament as the number one seed. They will play host to the GNAC's other representative, Albertus Magnus College. Wellesley College will host Salve Regina University while Roger Williams and Westfield State round out Wednesday's quarterfinals field.
